The ultra-quick speedruns of Summer Games Done Quick inspired me to start doing speedpaints while watching to challenge my drawing speed. This one I did during the Pokemon Crystal speedrun, which was WILD and hilarious the entire way through. They manipulated their trainer ID to get a Master Ball in Goldenrod, then caught a Raikou which they used to cheese the rest of the game.
Anyway, there was a bid war to name Raikou, and the winning name was “DIO?!?!” I of course could not resist the urge to make memes and thus this picture was born.
